Errin has been working alongside the fishing industry since 2002. She co-invented the patented Lobster Pod system and manages finance and customer service. Errin is a graduate of Glasgow University and has a Postgraduate Degree from Edinburgh University. She has won many awards including Innovator of the Year at the Womens’ Enterprise Scotland Awards and also awards for Manufacturing (Great British Entrepreneur Awards), Innovation (Fishing News Awards), the Environment (VIBES) and Best Small Business (Fife Chamber, Scottish Chamber and finalist in British Chamber Awards).

Creating a sustainable and successful business where customers and the team are all happy and healthy is her goal. Errin enjoys vegetable gardening, doing DIY, coastal walks with Kipper and Sushi the family dogs, reading and baking cakes.
